Gritty Garage Kits from Tempo Audio Group and Drumpimp represents a whole new way of delivering drum kits. Gritty Garage Kits are organized and hand tweaked to give you superior sounding drum kits that jump out of your mix without doing much to them at all.
How it started: Trevor Lawrence Jr aka Drumpimp, aka Trev Beats loaded us up with some interesting drum one shots actually recorded on a boutique drum kit in an actual garage. In addition to these one shots he provided us with a bunch of live drum loops, fills, and attacks. We then took the sounds and layered them, tweaked, and processed them through the best outboard gear and converters on the market. Lastly, we added one of a kind melodics to every kit, and Gritty Garage Kits were born!
What’s In It: Gritty Garage Kits consists of 10 kits that use our Load N’ Go Technology providing you with over 12 formats to simply load into your sequencer or sampler and get to work right away!. Each kit contains 2 kicks, 2 snares, 2 hi hats, a cymbal, a percussion sound, 4 drum loops/fills, and 4 unique melodics that match the drums for a total of 160 incredible sounds.
Flexibility: The Gritty Garage Kit layout allows you to switch from kit to kit easily allowing you to make a loop and then audition different kits to get the perfect sounds for your productions. These are enhanced drum kits that allow you to make better productions faster!
