GOAT Audio sells digital products — sample libraries, loops, construction kits, MIDI, presets, virtual instruments, expansions, and music licenses — that are delivered instantly by download. Please read this policy before purchasing.
Digital Products
Because digital files cannot be returned once downloaded, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges after a product has been downloaded. We encourage you to listen to the audio demos on each product page before you buy.
When We Can Help
- Duplicate purchase: if you accidentally bought the same product twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate order.
- Faulty or incomplete files: if a download is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the product description, contact us and we will provide a working replacement. If we cannot fix the issue, we will issue a refund.
- Download problems: if you cannot access your download, we will help you get your files. Your purchases are always available under My Account → Downloads.
How to Request Help
Email goataudiosound@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the issue.
Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank so we can resolve it quickly. Licenses granted with an order may be revoked if a payment is reversed.
